Texas holdum only two players left which one is the big blind?
The dealer button is the small blind and the other player is the big blind; so the dealer button acts first pre-flop, and the other player has last action.
On the flop, turn and river, the player who is not the button is first to act and dealer button has last action.

The same rules apply. The person to the left of the dealer has small blinds, and the person to the left of him has the big blind.(A lot of times it will switch from blinds to an anti tho)
