I’m in a state were online gambling is “illegal”. What would be the easiest/best way to make a deposit?
I play on Poker Stars. So at this point i'm thinking that my best option for a deposit would be through E-Checks. So if I enter my information on E-Checks correctly, which means that im telling them im coming from a state where online gambling is "illegal" will they decline my deposit?

No, if they did not accept deposits from players in those states they would not have allowed you to register in the first place. Many of the states have really weak laws that are basically unenforceable. The easiest site that I have found is betED, I use eChecks with them and it's really simple, no downloads either.
